kedua bahan itu adalah, sweetener and fat ^^

In most recipes, Sugar and Butter / Oil

100gr gula itu 380kcal, 100gr butter sekitar 720kcal, dan 100gr vegetable oil kurang lebih 880kcal
Perlemakan itu emang sebanyak itu kalorinya 👉🏻👈🏻

after knowing that facts, kalo manteman pengen nyemil kue while also maintaining a low calorie diet, salah satu yang bisa dilakuin adalah reduce the fat used in the recipe. but..

changing the amount of sugar and fat in some recipes juga bisa mengubah rasa dan konsistensinya, so be careful 🤏🏻

Nah biar manteman ga perlu ribet, here I am sharing a recipe yang biasanya pakai a lot of butter as fat, tapi di resep ini cuma pake 1 table spoon olive oil aja

Resepnya gluten free and butter free, but can be done without compromising the flavor and consistency (⁠◠⁠‿⁠◕⁠)

I am using Bertolli Olive Oil yang varian Extra light taste.
Ini aroma dan rasanya netral, dan smoke point nya juga pas banget buat dipake cooking or baking ^^
and oh, udah halal certified 👌🏻

Let’s see the recipe

ALMOND BROWNIE BISCOTTI
“Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Low Calorie”

2 eggs
60gr palm sugar
15ml @bertolli.id Olive Oil – Extra Light Taste
60gr Oat flour
15gr Cocoa powder
1gr Baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

60gr Dark Chocolate Chips
30gr Almond – chopped

1. Mix telur dan gula palm hingga fluffy (ga sampai soft peak)
2. Tambahkan bahan kering diayak. aduk balik pakai spatula
3. Masukkan dark chocolate chips dan almond cincang (sisakan sedikit for topping)
4. Tuang ke loaf pan, beri cincangan almond
5. Panggang di oven yg sudah dipanaskan, suhu 200°C, 18 menit
6. Angkat, dinginkan. Potong-potong, lalu panggang kembali suhu 150°C selama 25 menit (sesuaikan suhu oven masing2)
7. Let cool, drizzle with melted chocolate (optional)

Review: It’s crunchy and bitter sweet, manisnya ga yang bikin ngilu. and per serving kalorinya di bawah 90kcal 👌🏻

ps: supaya stay crunchy, setelah uap panas hilang segera simpan di toples kaca tertutup
